Fernando has her lips!

Well if that didn't get your attention,  I don't know what will.  No we are not naming him Fernando.  But that name is just one on the many list of "suggestions" we receive on a daily basis.  For some reason the Aberdeen crew just seems to think he needs a little Latino flare.  Fernando.  Armando.  Alejandro.  No, no and no.  Nice tries though!  But seriously, we are so happy to announce that kiddo #2 is 100% healthy, at least according to an awesome ultrasound we had done this week to double check his kidneys (one measurement was slightly off a few months ago).  But everything (both kidneys, his heart, stomach, brain, etc.) look perfect.  His estimated weight as of now is 5 lbs, 11 oz, which is actually on the small size; though my OB gently placed her hand on my leg, dropped her voice, and looked me in the eye, saying, "sorry, but he has a huge head".  Doh.  The ultrasound went so well in fact, the tech had time to pull out the latest technology and give us a 3D view just for fun.  Wow.  He seriously has Camryn's beautiful lips.  And apparently he has hair.  Oh little man, we are just so excited to meet you in a month!

Pic 1: Smooshed up against the placenta, which is that blob on the right side of pic.  Yes, that is his arm tucked under his right ear.  But oh those lips!

Pic 2: Belly progress...last week at 34 weeks.

Pic 3: Kissing little brother.

Pic 4: Angela took this pic while watching Rynnie during our OB appointment.  Such a cheeser!  I think this is my new favorite.

Pic 5: An incredible new park Angela introduced us to this week, on a gorgeous 70+ degree morning.  This place is seriously amazing.  Most state-of-the-art playground ever, with surrounding nature trails through botanical gardens.

Pic 6: The Rolls Royce of swings.  Enjoying them with August.

Pic 7: Huge playground.

Pic 8: Vroom vroom!

Pic 9: Endless fields to run and run and run in.  All surrounded by trees.

Pic 10: Walking over the koi pond in the gardens.

Pic 11: Lunch break this afternoon.  That is Rynnie's friend Morgan wearing the head band; she just moved back to PDX from an eight month hiatus in NYC!

Pic 12: Enjoying a piece of sushi at lunch.  Yes, my toddler still loves sushi.

Video 1: Jodi, Doug and Lainnie came over for pizza and fun last night; here are the girls going nuts.  Sorry Jodi, for teaching your child that it is okay to jump on the couch.

Video 2: Um, guess we have even more work to do in the next month...
