Well a lot has changed in just a few days! She's gone from a half scoot/crawl to a full crawl. Also, she can now easily pull herself up to a stand and cruise down furniture. She is so proud of her accomplishments, and is learning the graceful art of falling. Here are a few videos to demonstrate.
Living and learning life.

Making music.
Another busy day in the life of Camryn Ilene. Today was a fun playdate at her friend August's house (11 months). Her other friend Wren (not be confused with Ryn) (6 months) came along also. August had so many fun toys to explore. Today we learned that boys play rough. He was 100% little man the way he attacked her WWF style. It was hilarious when Rynnie pulled his hair. Typical girl. We all laughed just thinking that this boy/girl behavior would continue for a long, long time.
Pic 1: Last night was the first time she actually (kinda) held still for a story. She was very curious.
Pic 2: Yes, stories are fun even when you don't eat the pages.
Pic 3: From left, Wren, Ryn and August (the dude).
Pic 4: Best. Toy. Ever. It was a wooden piano that actually worked. I think it was this. She LOVED banging on it. Little musician in the making.
Pic 5: Giddy up horsey!

No holding back.
Our little tiny baby girl is all grown up. With three teeth and a perfected crawl, she's gone from zero to 200,000 miles an hour overnight. And she greeted me by standing in her crib demanding milk the other morning. That 95th percentile belly is not slowing her down one bit; in fact it's more fuel for getting from one corner of the room to the other/porch/up on top of her pink chair/down the hall/to the Playstation/to her new toy du jour, the miniblinds/under the bookcase.
Pic 1: Mom calls this my "sunscreen hair".
Pic 2: 11:00 last night. Outside on the porch. Please go to sleep Little One. Mommy and Daddy are EXHAUSTED. Please stop exploring and take a break. You can discover the world some more tomorrow.
Pic 3: Pulling up to a stand. Not quite sure what to do once she gets there. Except grin.
Pic 4: Hello Mom. Milk now.

Summer picnic and other stuff from the week.
Today we enjoyed a summer picnic with our friends from Kevin's softball team. There were burgers, brats, bugs, beers, babies and a kiddie pool. Little miss Ryn played hard, then crashed mid-party. Here are some other pics from our week as well.
Oooooh Daddy this is freezing!
Starting to climb all over anything in her path.
She's a crawling fool!
All of this activity knocks her out! Snuggles with Bun Bun and Russ.

Girls day out.
The other day I was checking out some pics on facebook. Kevin asked me, "Who is that?". I told him it was "Camryn's friend". He thought that was hilarious and impossible. But yes, she does indeed have friends and today was the perfect day for a playdate with "the girls".
Pic 1: From left, Kayleigh, Lana, Nora and Rynnie.
Pic 2: It was like piranhas on a feeding frenzy when Trista produced a can of puffs. You'd think they were foraging for winter or something.
